 For over a decade, I’ve worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes, from small businesses to established companies. Along the way, I’ve seen the difference that the right learning and development can make, not just to business performance, but to confidence, engagement, and culture.

I founded Developing Growth because I wanted to do things differently. 

Too often, training is treated as a tick-box exercise. I wanted to create learning experiences that feel real, relevant, and lasting programmes that empower people to take skills back into their day-to-day roles.
